Human Rights and Legal Aid Program

Human Rights and Persecution

At Good Samaritan Society for Development and Rehabilitation (GSSDR), we defend the dignity, safety, and rights of marginalized families, especially brick kiln workers and minority communities in Punjab.
Many families face bonded labor, child abuse, discrimination, and social exclusion. In such situations, silence increases suffering. We choose to stand responsibly and lawfully for justice.
What We Do
Legal Advocacy: Support with FIR registration, court follow-up, and coordination with ethical lawyers.
Child Protection: Immediate response in abuse cases and safeguarding awareness for families.
Emergency Support: Assistance for families facing threats, violence, or displacement.
Rights Education: Community sessions on constitutional rights, religious freedom, and child protection.

Our Approach

We work with integrity, confidentiality, and full respect for the law. Our goal is not conflict but protection, restoration, and long-term stability for vulnerable families.
We believe every child deserves safety. Every worker deserves fairness. Every family deserves justice.
Stand with us to protect the vulnerable and promote lasting human dignity.
